Duggie Carter Court, Hextable Road, Kings Lynn

A development of 20 one to three bedroom flats arranged around a courtyard near the centre of Kings Lynn. A retail unit is also being built for the previous owners. The scheme is being built by R G Carter, a local contractor and funded by Close Brothers. The project value is £2.4million. The scheme is due to be completed in spring 2008.

Market Deeping, Near Peterborough

Octavia is undertaking a mixed use scheme comprising a front retail unit which has been refurbished and extended and let to The Factory Shop Limited. The investment has a completed value of £1million. In addition Octavia has received planning permission for a residential scheme comprising 18 flats. Construction is due to commence in early summer 2007 and the scheme will be completed in summer 2008.

Bridge Street, Fakenham

Octavia has signed a joint venture agreement with Wildmoor Developments to build a retail unit in the centre of Fakenham and 16 flats on the three floors above. The project will commence in September 2007 with R G Carter building the scheme which will have a completed value of £1.9million.

Radlett, Hertfordshire

Octavia have signed a joint venture with Bride Hall to obtain planning consent and build a scheme of five exclusive apartments.

The Chantry, Warminster

Octavia have signed a joint venture agreement with the owners of this historic building in Warminster to obtain planning consent for its conversion into offices and residential and also for a new residential scheme to the rear of the site.

Dyer Street, Cirencester

Octavia has purchased an office building in Cirencester which it is currently refurbishing and upon completion will become our new headquarters.
