Duggie Carter Court, Hextable Road, Kings Lynn

A development of 20 flats arranged around a courtyard near the centre of Kings Lynn including a retail unit. OEP entered into an agreement with the site owner, a wholesale fish supplier, to move them to a new site and develop their old site.

Market Deeping, Near Peterborough

OEP facilitated the development of a mixed use scheme comprising a front retail unit which has been refurbished and extended and let to The Factory Shop Limited. In addition OEP received planning permission for a residential scheme comprising 18 flats on the rear land and organised the sale of the site to a local builder.

The Chantry, High Street, Warminster

OEP acted for the owners of this historic building in Warminster to obtain planning consent for its conversion into residential flats and also for a new residential scheme to the rear of the site. OEP then organised the sale of the building to a local developer.

Dyer Street, Cirencester

OEP organised the refurbishment of a delapidated office building in Cirencester into self contained office suits.

High Street, Warminster

OEP organised the complete refurbishment of the former Knee's department store. Planning consent was obtained to double store size to create 7,400 sq ft and two residential flats. The completed scheme was let to The Factory Shop Ltd

Mastertronic Building, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

OEP were instructed by games company “Mastertronic” to locate, build and fit out a new headquarters building for them. OEP facilitated the purchase of the former Meridian Audio building in Huntingdon, refurbished this and extended it to provide a 34,000 sq ft building now owned and occupied by Mastertronic.

Allinson Court, Kings Lynn

OEP entered into a joint venture with the former owners of a closed gym in the heart of King's Lynn. Planning consent was obtained for a development of 26 flats and following completion the scheme won the Mayor's award for Best Design in the Environment.

Downham Market, Norfolk

OEP were asked by commercial developer “Wildmoor Properties” to review an underdeveloped scheme they owned in the centre of Downham Market. OEP put together a full development team, obtained planning for a new scheme of thirteen two bedroom apartments and four three bedroom houses, put in place the development funding and project managed the construction.

Catford, South East London

OEP were approached by Salmon Developments on a ‘surplus’ site they owned in the middle of Catford. OEP obtained planning consent for a scheme of fourteen one bedroom flats and a ground floor retail unit, put together the development team and facilitated the construction of the development.

Standsted Road, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire

OEP entered into a joint venture partnership with the landowner of a large garden, obtained planning and developed these two houses, selling them on after completion.

Knurr Building, St Ives, Cambridgeshire

OEP worked with the administrators of a failed company in St. Ives occupying a 52,000 sq building, packaged the re-letting of the building and the subsequent sale of the investment.
