Market Deeping, Near Peterborough

Octavia completed a mixed use scheme comprising a front retail unit which has been refurbished and extended and let to The Factory Shop Limited. The investment has a completed value of £1million. In addition Octavia has received planning permission for a residential scheme comprising 18 flats.

The Chantry, Warminster

Octavia have entered into a joint venture agreement with the owners of this historic building in Warminster to obtain planning consent for its conversion into offices and residential and also for a new residential scheme to the rear of the site.
