The Factory Shop
Since 1994 OEP has been closely involved with The Original Factory Shop. This retail tenant is branded as a “convenience” department store and seeks locations in small towns across the UK. Buildings are often old car showrooms or cinemas. The Factory Shop now trades from over 120 units and OEP has been involved with 15 of these including stores at:
