Charles obtained a degree at Oxford Polytechnic graduating in 1984. He worked in the development department of Allied Dunbar Property Funds until 1987 when he joined Bride Hall Developments Limited. He became a director of Bride Hall in 1989 primarily responsible for Central London schemes. In 1992 he jointly founded Octavia Estates.

Patrick obtained a degree in Estate Management at Oxford Polytechnic graduating in 1984. He worked for Cluttons between 1984 and 1986, initially in property management and subsequently office agency. In 1986 he joined the investment/development department of Weatherall Green and Smith where he was involved in the sale and acquisition of property across the UK, acting on behalf of a wide range of institutional and property company clients. In 1992 he jointly founded Octavia Estates.

John Lockhart:

John spent most of his working life in the property industry specializing in investment, development and finance. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1969. From 1985 to 1993 he was Chairman and Chief Executive of Morgan Grenfell Laurie Ltd. He was also Chairman of Westminster Healthcare Plc, a leading provider of healthcare in the UK from 1992 to 1999. He has worked with a number of charities and retired recntly as Chairman of Isabel Hospice which cares for patients with cancer and other serious illness in the area of Eastern Hertfordshire.   John advises Octavia Estates on its investment and development strategy.

Personal assistant to Charles Lockhart & Patrick A'Hern, Julie joined Octavia Estates in April 2006. She is in charge of office administration and accounts. Away from the office she enjoys Skiing, sailing and fitness training.

Mike Lennard BSc (Hons) Real estate Management: ml@octavia-estates.com

Mike obtained an RICS accredited degree from the University of the West of England in 2004. Having finished university Mike worked for a building contractor for eighteen months, during which time he set up a holiday lettings business in Turkey. Mike went self employed doing property maintenance and restoration for one year starting in 2006 before being offered a position Octavia Estates in the role of development surveyor.
